Welcome to our lakefront hotel. By booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests.

Reservations & Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3pm
  • Check-out: 11am
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Occupancy & Registered Guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
  • The guest making the reservation is responsible for all members of their party and any visitors.

Property Use & Guest Responsibility

Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, the lake, dock, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, sauna, fire pit, grills, outdoor areas, stairs, patios, and parking areas. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring safe behavior at all times. The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.

Quiet Hours

To respect all guests and neighboring properties:

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7:00am.
  • Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

Smoking & Pets

  • Smoking of any kind or vaping is prohibited inside all rooms and buildings.
  • A cleaning or damage fee of $300 may apply for violations.
  • We accept non-shedding pets under 25lbs. Any signs of shedding pets over 25lbs will result in a $300 fine.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, amenities, or common areas during their stay. Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if necessary.

Safety

  • Use all amenities responsibly and follow posted rules and instructions.
  • No diving from docks or unsafe water activity is permitted.
  • Guests should use caution around water, wet surfaces, fire features, and outdoor areas.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds for weather, lake conditions, power outages, or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control are not guaranteed.
  • Cancelations less than 30 days out are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests from the property for violations of these terms, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or disturbances without refund.

Agreement

By making a reservation, checking in, or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
